Using ECHO

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in details confidential and telling us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You must be legally able to agree to these terms.

Use ECHO only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's account, upload harmful material or use ECHO to infringe another person's rights.

You keep responsibility for the information and files you add. You confirm that you have the right to store that content and that doing so is lawful. ECHO does not claim ownership of your content. Please take particular care when adding information about other people.

ECHO is being tested and refined. Features may change, pause or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage or that ECHO is suitable as the only copy of important information. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.

You can permanently delete your account and ECHO content from Profile & settings. We may suspend or end access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the service or its users. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason.

ECHO helps you organise information, but it is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice and does not replace formal legal documents or your own backups. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees about uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Privacy notice explains what ECHO stores, why it is stored and the controls available to you.

ECHO may change as the beta develops. These terms may also be updated to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The latest version will remain available on this page, and material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
